John DavidBLACKWELLDied peacefully at Croydon University Hospital (formerly Mayday) on May 21st 2014 in his 91st year.
The funeral will take place at St. Nicholas Church, Godstone on Wednesday June 18th at 3.30pm.
Following the service he will be buried with his wife, Herta, in St. Nicholas Churchyard.
